Putin: Stabilization, not serious improvement in Russian economy
MOSCOW, Nov 11 (PRIME) – Russia’s economy has stabilized but talking about significant improvement is premature, President Vladimir Putin said at a government meeting devoted to economic problems on Friday.
“The situation has stabilized but it is too early to tell about its dramatic improvement,” Putin said.
Putin said that a 0.3% industrial output increase, a 3% agricultural production rise and a comparatively low unemployment can be seen as success.
